Eingetrübt bernsteinfarben mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, schwach hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, leicht röstmalzig, leicht hopfig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

On tap at Brauhof in Villach-Austria. Clear pour a bit ancient golden color, medium off white head leaving drafts. Nose: a mild caramel, as all Villachers. Some cereals too. Mouth: frizzy a bit, peppery/spicy too. Not balanced not bad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

neuer Eindruck vom Mai 2021: getrunken vor Ort im Brauhaus neben der Brauerei Es ist ein braunes, trübes (nicht wirklich hübsches) Bier, das aber dafür nette Malznoten, welche sich durchziehen. Von Hopfen findet sich allerdings nicht viel. Ein gemütliches Bier für gemüliche Runden, aber nicht sonderlich speziell aromatisch. Ersteindurck vom November 2012: Dieses Bier gibt es unter anderem in einem Beisl namens Bieradies in Wien. Leider kam zusätzlich zu dem unfreundlichen Kellner dieses miese Hausbier. Die Kärntner sehen sich ja gerne als die besseren Leute, aber mit diesem Bier brauchen sie sich nicht rühmen. Das bisschen Geschmack, welches sich aus dieser Wassersuppe herauskämpft, ist weitaus schlechter als viele Penner-Dosenbiere. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

From tap at Hoppala Bieradies. Pours hazy orange with a huge white head. Aroma is fruity and light herbal. Sweet, toasted malty and light toasted malty. Bitter and light citrusy to mild yeasty. Different from the regular zwickl. Mild fruity and light hoppy finish. Light phenolic.

Draft @ Hoppalas Bieradies, Vienna. Pours a golden color with a longlasting white head. Has a fruity grainy weak yeasty grassy aroma. Sweetish malty grainy grassy flavor. Has a sweetish malty grainy finish.

Draught at the Bieradies. Misty golden body. Medium sized thicl white head. Nice full buttery malty nose. Sweetish grainy malty taste, damn soft. Light herbal hopiness, overall quite balanced. Slightly tart from the hop in some way I considered to be cute. Bit soapy. Likable, yet nothing too special overall.

Draught at Hoppalas Bieradies, Vienna. Cloudy deep golden, creamy head. Sugary nose. Sweet and lightly fruity. Medium bodied with crystallic sugar and rounded mouthfeel,. Sugar and slightly grassy with low bitterness.
