Draught at Józsefvárosi Sörfesztivál (street fest), Budapest. On 20 june 2014.Clear dark reddish brown color, tan head. Sweet, malty, grainy taste. Fizzy mouthfeel, low bitterness. Sweet, apple, malty, grainy scent. Malty aftertaste.

Draught at Főzdefeszt III, Budapest. Muddy dark brown coloured, small off-white head, fruits and elder in the nose. The taste is pretty watery with notes of overripe fruits and elder. Also some acidic lemony notes in the finish. Let’s say quite incomplete beer.

Draught at the Főzdefeszt. Murky very dark brown-black body with a small off white head. Full elder nose, which is cool for me as I love elder. The taste, however, puts you slightly back to earth, as the elder syrup passes an used coffee filter. It does even up in the end and get pleasant though, but if you don’t like elder, avoid this.
