On tap at Henrik. Has a cloudy light straw yellow colour with a small white head. The aroma and flavour feels very fresh and is dominated by citrus, hay, grapefruits and some yeast. Has a slick mouth feel, and a medium bitterness. A solid blonde!

50 cl bottle. Golden, a bit hazy with a white head. A fruity aroma with some yeasty sence. Quite sweet taste with fruity end to it.

Big time gusher. I had to pour three glasses of foam before getting any beer. By the time it was done I had less than half the bottle left. Cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, yeasty and fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and mdoerate bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. Way too carbonated. Clearly something wrong with my bottle. 110312

03/03/2012 Brasserie 4:20 (tap). Dorata, lievemente torbida, schiuma bianca morbida, abbondante e persistente. Al naso ha una bella luppolatura caratterizzante ma per nulla eccessiva, note malto, lieviti, spezie. In bocca è bilanciata si, ma assolutamente modesta, non sa quasi di niente, sembra una birra annacquata. Corpo medio-basso, carbonazione soft. Da dimenticare.

Bottle. Pours a light hazy light yellow, with an enormous head. Aroma is a bitter grapefruit and lemon, lightly spiced, with notes of hay/ grass and yeast. Taste is orange peel, spices and zesty hops. Finishes of with a long bitter orange peel.

Bottle from Ica Halden, Norway (probably my favourite beer in a norwegian grocery store!). Light hazy yellow colour with a white head. Fruity and a bit citric nose. Lovely fresh flavour with a nice mix of citric hopps, fruitiness and nice moderate sweet malt background

50cl bottle. Pours a light golden/lemon colour with gentle bubbles and a thin layer of lace. The nose has lemon zest, with just a hint of something herby in the background. The taste has more zingy lemon, then sour lemon. The palate is very good but very one dimensional - it’s light to medium in body, tangy and medium textured in the middle with a sour finish. Overall, it’s a good example of a Belgian-style blonde but I’ve had a lot better.
