Bottle in Paris. Misty golden body. Full fresh smell of apples, sweetish. Lovely fresh taste of apples, quite thick, notes of banana too but not excessively sweet. Superbly drinkable and far better than expected, possibly the best doux I’ve ever had!

Bottled. A very cloudy dark golden cider with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of fresh apples with a bit of spices. The flavor is sweet with a light acidic edge and strong notes of apples combined with lighter notes of wood and spices, leading to a lightly tart finish.

750ml bottle in a pair, found at your local Parisian Auchan. Nice pour, decent head for a low-alcohol cider like this and okay orange body. Aroma has notes of caramel, apple seeds, cider sweetness. Taste is a mix of soft apples and roasted nuts with a light and soft finish. Very good.
