Jun. ’15. On tap at "Ima i moze" festival, Mostar. Hazy golden colored with medium sized head. Fine sweet fruit aroma. Flavor was quite sweet, too. Sugary and fruity. Medium to full bodied, even cloying, but with short sugar candy finish. Not a real pale ale by craft means, but hats down they actually made it. A real ale. And to the cordial presentation at their stand. Too bad they didn’t serve also their porter at the fest.

Ima I Može Craft Beer fest, Mostar. So, Livno’s brewpub is now doing ales, cool! Golden body. Subdued malty aroma, vague banana. Bready, slightly sweetish taste, no real hop flavor, but it seems to derive some tang from them - doesn’t give much bitterness. A bit strangely dryish in the aftertaste. Pleasant light beer, a disappointment if you’re looking for a Pale Ale, but face it - they are in an area where lager’s not only the norm but the only thing going on, and word of mouth used to pretty bad due to the "local so must be worse" idiocy, so nothing too wild was to be expected. Correctly made beer, better than anything else golden in the area, just not a thrill for the beer geeks (though it might well be when every other alternative is a macro pale lager).
