Tasting at Ljubljana Beer & Whiskey Festival 2015. Clear orange, strong white head. Floral, wood, some licorice maybe. Faint bitterness and malts. Light body. Average, could have more body.

Bottle, 330 ml at Brežice beer fest. Pours cloudy orange, off-white head. Citrus, fruity, malty. bitterish finish. Light to medium body.

On tap at Ljubljanski Festival Piva 2015. Shared with Marko. Golden/amber coloured, small off-white head, light yeast and vegetables in the nose. Malty, slight caramel, vegetables and that’s it. Pretty light and empty.

On tap at 3. Festival Mikropivovarjev, Koper. Hazy deep amber color with medium creamy off-white head and fair lacing. Aroma of peach, citrus, caramel and hints of cooked vegetables. Taste starts with light sweet caramel malt, follows by light fruity sourness and mild grassy bitter finish. Light to medium body, thin texture and average carbonation in palate. It’s very drinkable, but a bit empty...

Pours a hazy amber color, topped with a medium sized off-white head with a decent retention. Very mild aroma of fruity hops - mostly peach notes. Light taste, but not really watery, with mild bitterness from the start - no sweet attributes here. Herbal aftertaste, a bit strong, but still passable. Not a bad one, very drinkable although a bit more taste would be welcome, bu hey, this is their first time, so there’s enough time to improve.

Ljubljanski Festival Piva 2015, shared with Ogivlado (thanks!). Simiral amber-red as the Dirty Red, white head. Aroma... old socks, light apricot and maltiness. Empty taste, just vague herbal hop tea, diluted and without the bitterness the Dirty Red carries. Not unpleasant, but definitely a miss that we’ll chalk up to starting issues. Hope they improve!
