Ugyanaz a sör, ugyanaz a recept, de mindig más komló. Bakancslista sörünk egy erőteljes IPA, melynek mindegyik főzetébe más-más típusú komlót teszünk. 4-5 hetente jelenünk meg egy új változattal, lesznek ismert és kevésbé ismert amerikaik, egzotikus új-zélandiak, új hullámos és tradicionális németek, angolok, csehek stb… Így járjuk be sörünkkel a világ híres komlótermő vidékeit, megismerve a legizgalmasabb ízeket, aromákat és a “keserű ötven árnyalatát”.

Thanks Jablanko for sharing! Golden body, white head. Peach-like malty aroma. Cleaner than the Ella version. Light, vague taste of apricot and malt. Not much hop for me, but still not bad. Ok enough.

On tap. Slightly hazy amber body, white head. Aroma of bread, toast and earthy and floral hops. Taste is similar to the aroma: bread, toast, caramel, earth and some grass. I like that it’s not a common IPA you can get nowdays. Nothing extraordinary, but Hallertauer hops are not about the fireworks in your mouth. I like it.
