Bottled, thanks MarkoNm! Clear amber, small head. Rich herbal nose. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Caramelly and herbal, mild and soothing. Low bitterness.

Bottled 500ml. -at Brežice Beer Fest. Hazy dark amber coloured, medium sized creamy off-white head, mild acidic Speculaas nose with a whiff of cinnamon. Sweet malty, again Speculaas and cinnamon with mild spicy hoppy notes. Nice one.

Brežice Beer Fest (almost a lost rate). Murky dark amber body with a good off white head. Aroma... something between Speculaas and ginger, only in gummi bear form. If that means anything... in any case, very pleasant indeed. The taste is a bit thin, peppery, cloves, something like that, vaguely sweet. Ah, it’s OK for a spice beer - the taste’s a mild disappointment after the aroma, but I’d have it again.

Wow, this winter beer was a pleasant surprise. Pours a completely hazy amber color with a small and quickly disappearing white head. The aroma is simply amazing. Gentle aroma of hops is complemented by a superb aroma of anise which immediately reminds me of the Christmas fairs and punch on the stands. The taste is sweet and you can feel other spices. It’s very creamy and smooth with a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. Amazing.
