On tap at Craft Room, Zagreb. Pours hazy golden, creamy white head. Bit fruity, some banana, herbal, smoke?, unpleasant medicinal taste, bit sourish. Medium bodied. Seems something went wrong.

Jul ’14. A 0.5 l bottle, thanks a lot Marko for sharing! It poured hazy dull golden body with a big head atop. Fine banana, chalk, milk and other estery notes in aroma. Flavor was fine, lightly sweet typical German wheat, chalky and milky more than fruity. Creamy, medium body with pleasant milk and banana finish. A bit simple but very well executed example of the style.

Bottled 500ml. -Cloudy yellow coloured, medium sized airy white head, banana in the nose. Slight acidic bready, light wheaty and caramel with notes of banana. Pretty high carbonation. Short finish with touch of banana. So-so.

ENORMOUS thanks to Daria & Filip for these three! Muddy ochre body with a big white head.Creamy aroma, milk caramel, very light banana, herbal notes. Remarkably pleasant, good going! The taste gives out more of the same, not particularly going by the way of either phenols or esthers, but retaining a good, full creamy maltiness with some caramel and some herbal notes perhaps.
