Thank you for sharing Israeli Crew! Sampled draft @ BAF 2016. Black little tanned head. Nose is syrupy molasses, low bitter, umami, faint soy sauce. Taste is thick overly umami, vinous, mellow umami, bland umami, vinous, thick,… Bit bland but passable. Body is umami, syrupy, faint soy sauce. Didn’t pick up on the Laphroaig, odd.

Draft at BAF 2016. Black with a beige head. Aroma of toast, dark chocolate, boozy whiskey type notes, caramel and alcohol. Flavour is heavy sweet and bitter. Full bodied with a thick texture and soft carbonation. [25-09-2016]

Sampled from tap at Kaapse BAF 2016. Black with tan head. Big sweet roasted choco malts. Molasses and chocolate. Medium sweet, under medium bitter. Medium body, low carbonation. Bit alcoholic but otherwise soft feel. Sweet roasty molasses finish.

Tap at the Borefts after party 2016 @ Kaapse. Poured a clear dark brown with a round bubbly light tan head. The aroma is fresh red berry fruit, alcohol, roasty malt. The flavour is moderate sweet with a big rich oily roast chocolate vanilla palate. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

Black color with a beige head that quickly dissapears. Aroma has notes of roasted malts, light peat with black chocolate. Flavor is slightly bittery, roasty, liquorice. Light whisky notes in the aftertaste with notes of coffee beans and mild bitterness with some wooden hints.
