It has an intense burgundy color and a very creamy e persistent foam and release a great smoked scent; the smoked taste continues on mouth, but it is enriched by toasted peanuts, black fig and chestnut honey tastes.

Bottled 500ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him and Hrabren. Brownish coloured, medium sized pale beige head, pleasant smoked bacon in the nose. Sweetish malty, sugary, quite smoked bacon, bit lack of body and touch of caramel with again smoked bacon in the nose. Pleasant one.

Bottle shared with Marko and Ogi. Thanks! Clear reddish brown, small off-white head. Smoked malts, peat, some dry fruits in the background. Sweet and heavily smoked. Medium body, soft to medium carbonation, moderate malty finish. Good balance and smoke presence.

Huge thanks ippoppotamo! Shared with Ogi and Hrabren. Slightly hazy brown-amber body, small off white head. Bacon and walnut aroma. soft, fresh actually, lightly herbal. Excellent malty background, walnut and bacon really, superb. Generally slightly on the light side but the taste is excellent here. Not too sweet, relatively simple, but well balanced. This is a very good smoked. Much bacon, very walnut, wow!

Rauchig herber, etwas würziger Antrunk. Steigend herb, spritzig würzig, weich. Vollmundig, erreicht nicht die Intensität eines Schlenkerla, auch wenn es die imitierten möchte. Dennoch gut. 10/10/9/9//9

Keg at lambiczoon Milan. A hazed copper amber coloured pour with a frothy beige head. Aroma is sweet nutty malts, rauch malts, ham and jammy fruits, maple. Flavour is composed rounded toasted malts, mellow smoked malts, meaty, jammy. Palate is semi sweet rounded, moderate carbonation. Good mellow smoke character.

On tap at Luppolo station, Rome-Italy. Bright caramel clear pour, off-white foam. Nose: provola blast, smoked mozzarella, more cheese. Nice. Mouth: sweet smoked feel, watery, the sweet note is so well balanced with the peppery hoppy. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap @So Good (Rome). Pours a chestnut honey color with a medium white head. Aroma of smoked meat, caramel, a touch of soy, BBQ sauce. Flavour is powerful smokey with a medium malt profile. Medium body, medium to light carbonation. An excellent beer!
