Bottle from Pivný raj High voltage BIPA which is not even trying to hide the voltage. Full bodied with raisins and dried plums, bit too sweet. I would not guess that this is BIPA just based on the taste.

330ml bottle, 8.5 % abv, kindly shared by djoeye. Patchy surface, spotty lacing, near-black body. Roasted malty nose, ashy. Blended taste of dark fruits, dark chocolate and a bite of coffee. Malt-fruit finish. Fine bodied, but too foamy in the mouth. (Pivoteka H7, Tromsø 13.10.2017).

0.33l bottle. Malty and hopy aroma, citrus notes, caramel, roasted malts, light coffee notes, light resin. Black color, beige head. Malty adn hopy taste, light citruses, caramel, coffee, light alcohol notes, light sweet, medium bitter, light sour notes. Full body, slick texture, average carbonation and dry, bitter finish. Good.

Jan. ’16. A 0.33 l bottle from 100 piv, Bratislava. It poured a hazy dark brown body with a small head. Fine hop aroma, herbal and citrus, with roasted malt backgoround. Now when I read the description it should have shown more of it here. Flavor lightly bitter only, dry lemon peel. Roasted malt gave coffee, cocoa and some dark fruits. Thin to medium body. Finish was long, bitter of course, dry herbal with coffee still notable. If this was really that high in ABV, excellent, however, we three were skeptical. Okay, very pleasant, but misses the body, could be better.

Bottled 330ml. -Courtesy of heavy, shared with him and Marko. Dark brown coloured, small tan head, hops and coffee in the nose. Roasted malt, noticable hops, coffee and mild chocolate with pleasant bitterness in the finish. Well done.

Thanks heavy for bringing this from Bratislava, drunk with him and heavy. :) Dark brown-amber body, off white head, tiny. Aroma, herbal hoppy notes and coffee, a tad sickly but nice! Taste... light roasty, mild taste, lemongrass hoppiness, completely citric, with solid bitterness in the finish and in the aftertaste. Grape seed bitterness really. Only mild, light roast mingling with the hops, lacking the backbone. Bit earthy. Nice enough and very, very deceptively drinkable for the 8.9. Good job!

0,33l bottle at home bought from drinkshop.sk. BB 01.05.2016. black color, small dark coffee-colored head. smells of malty roast, coffee, earthy, licorice, light bacon, some hop notes, nice smell. full body, soft pearly carbonation, slick mouthfeel. for the ABV the mouthfeel is actually quite light. tastes of coffee, earthy, roasted, light sweetness, spices, peppery, overall the roast notes are a bit harsh. not bad, but taste has some notes that make it a bit unpleasant. overall still decent though.

Tao at RJ. Aroma is promising, strong hops, fruit, grassy, resiny. Clear dark brown colour. Stable beige head. Taste does not live up to aroma. Alcohol pushing through, also high alcohols, medicinal. Otherwise showing potential.

Tap at Richtar Jakub. Dark chestnut brown with thick off-white head. Strong citrus hoppy aroma with roasted malt, medicinal notes. Dark malt, roasted notes, very light citrus hops. They can do better beers.
