Pours a clear amber color, a bit darker shade pehaps, topped with a decent and slowly settling just off-white head. Smokey home-made bacon aroma (the regionals know what I’m talking about), very nice and easy to pick up, yet not too intense or intrusive. Some fruitiness in teh back. Taste is slightly sweet, bacon presence again, with nice hoppy bitterness in the finish. In the finish there’s a tad of that salty feel. Interesting, nice combination where you can feel all the components. Not a fan of smokey beers, but this one would work nicely.

On tap at the Craft Room as a part of MTV Adria’s presentation. Coppery amber red body with a small white head. Actually malty aroma with very light orange underneath, slightly jammy. Taste... hmmm vague smokey notes, guessing coming from the bacon likely, kinda fatty really, but not that much. Sweet maltiness again. So basically a nice malty pale ale with hints at smokeyness that ends in a lean, slightly salty finish. The bitterness shows up rarely and mostly in the finish, only vaguely herbal. A nice, sessionable beer that’s nowhere near as strange in practice as it is on paper.

Bottled 330ml. -Clear amber coloured, minimal off-white head, mild bacon in the nose. Moderate malty, smoked sausage or bacon and distinct presence of salt with mild fruity notes in rather smoky finish. In any case interesting beer.

New stuff from Kabinet, 0.33 l bottle at Tehnolog’s Craft Bar in Novi Sad, Vojvodina. Clear dark golden with small to medium off white creamy head. Salted meat and vegetables aroma. You can smell it is salted. Smoky character with fruity background. Some toffee maybe. Orange. Salty. Smoked malty finish. Light to medium body. Interesting. Funky, but drinkable.

0,33 bottle at the Beerville shop in Belgrade-Serbia. Ciao Vlada! Pours an hazy dark golden color, little off-white foam which lowers quite fast leaving lacing. Nose: biscuits, bacon smoked meat, mild smoky maltiness. A bit soapy too. Mouth: smoked notes, a bit mineral and salty in the finish, soft and a bit anonymous in the middle but not bad. Limbo beer.
