Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque murky black with a dense and lacing beige head with good retention. Nice aroma of roast and citrusy hops. Solid body, sweet roast and citrusy hops. Soft on the palate. Decent bitterness. Smooth and pleasant. 280125

Tap at Caffe Bar X, Zagreb, Croatia. Pours almost black (in any case, I'm in the dark outside, to avoid the smokers inside the closed patio), with fine beige foam. Aroma is of caramel, toasted, almost molasses. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium bitter, with some licorice sweetness behind. Final is average.

Sample from bottle at DØE beer festival 2024. Near black with a few white bubbles on top. Fruity, roasted aroma with coffee, chocolate, citrus fruits, and tropical impressions. The taste is bitter. Medium body. Dry and roasted bitter finish. Nice.

Shared glass from tap at the brewpub in Zagreb, thanks Saba. Black color, small tan head. smells grassy, spices, honey, bit herbal. Nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes bergamot, toffee, coffee, spices, nutty. finishes lightly dry and lightly bitter with notes of bergamot, toffee and nutty notes. Very nice one, very much enjoyed this

Keg at six degrees north Edinburgh. Pours deep amber, nose is roasted, pine, lemon, taste is similar, quite sweet.

Tap at Fakin Bar in Zagreb-Croatia, with Marko. Black pour with a tan foam. Nose: roast going coffee with hints of licorice. Orangey aroma mixed with roast. Mouth: the roast disturbs a bit, shame...because the use of hops is appropriate. Ok beer. No flaws, much citrus aroma and mouthfeel.
