Jan. ’16. On tap at the brewpub. It poured hazy copper-amber body with medium sized ivory head. Some caramel malt, but predominately herbal hop aroma, the same as in their helles. Lightly bitter flavor, also lightly metallic, herbal hops with grainy, bready, caramel malt. Thin to medium body although quite fuller than the pale one. Long herbal hop finish with light bread and caramel. 7.3% ABV? Perfectly hidden if correct, I was sure it was just about the other two. Although brewed independently to them as I could understand, this turned out like the typical regional "rezano" - blond and dark mixed, with the characteristics of both. Also, more similar to style of Bohemian Polotmavy than a German Vienna, but reading the other ratings some batches seemed to be much less hoppy, so I guess both is fine. Okay, anyway.

Beyond lovely daark cherry red body with a slightly off white head. Smooth, malty aroma, vague cherries. Very drinkable taste, nothing off about it, apart from a slightly husky finish. You might note I haven’t stated almost any flavor descriptions. Because it lacks any, it’s almost a slightly malty void. Not their best beer, even though it’s definitely a looker.

Hazy, dark amber colored, medium strong off white head. Aroma is kind of dirty, yeasty with some sourness, caramel. Taste follows the nose, medium sweet caramel, bit toffee, dirty yeast and some sourness. Medium- bodied and carbonation.
