Yellow colored, unclear, medium- white frothy head. Aroma of some citrus, lemony, coriander spicy and some yeast, soury. Medium to light sweet wheat, coriander, lemony, spicy yeasty, too sour, very dry. Light+ bodied, average carbonation. Not my favorite...

Bottle, 330 ml at Melin, Zagreb. Pours cloudy yellow, almost no head. Yeasty, citrus, zesty, spicy, sourish note. Quite drinkable. Others were complaining about sourness, but I find it refreshing (or they had bad bottles).

Pours a hazy pale yellow color topped with a very small and immediately dissipating white head. Mild fruity aroma at first, lots of soury tones of citruses and some gentle but easily noticeable spices. Sweet, wheaty, followed by an acidic citrusy presence. Finish is soury a bit grape like. Very fresh feel to it. Summery. Not bad at all.

Bottled 330ml. -from www.beershop.hr Hazy lemony yellow coloured, the foam was left in the tank (LOL), mild citrusy coriander nose. Citrusy, bready and slight spicy with notes of coriander and some pleasant acidity in the finish. Easy going summer beer. Keep it up.

0.25 l on tap at Potepuh beer fest. Yellow with creamy white head. Citrus aroma, coriander, lemon. Dry, maybe to sour for a wit, but beer is refreshing. Very dry finish. A great innovation for a Croatian craft scene!

Second batch:On tap, Melin. Murky lemon body with a good white head. Aroma... dusty and citric, just vague tart notes. Fresh citric taste, again, clean and tart, but a bit more lactic and with a better sweetish malty backbone underneath to balance things out. Superbly drinkable, especially in the summer heat, better than the first version. The guys from the brewery were much more satisfied with this one and rightly so.

First batch:On tap at Potepuh Pivski Festival in Zagreb. Lemony, murky body with a white head. Slightly tart aroma, but in a, sorta, good way, vaguely spicy. Fresh, citric, clean tart taste, dry. Not your standard Wit, by all means, but works incredibly well as a summer beer. The first batch, in all fairness, didn’t come out as it should have, style-wise, but it’s a very nice little beer nonetheless. Rating this on a BJCP scale, it wouldn’t fare well, but on a RB hedonistic scale, this is without a question at least a 3.4 for me. Another, better batch will be out next week and I hope to get it and re-rate it. These guys know their stuff, I’m sure that it’ll be even better.
