Our genuine Bavarian Helles with a fresh, mature taste is brewed with the finest Hallertau traditional shops and the best brewing malt from the region. After a gently cold preparation with special pure yeast and the subsequent slow fermentation of the extract, our typically tasty Helles matures for six weeks in the storage cellar to round off the taste. Original gravity is 11.7°.

Bottled at PBF. Clear pale golden, small head. Grassy nose. Mid sweet with light to medium body and clean mouthfeel. Grassy, floral hops. Somewhat syrupy bready malt. Mid bitter finish. Lacking firmness.

Golden colour, small white head. Sweetish, cereal malty aroma. Light-bodied. A bit grainy flavour, hoppier than many Helles brews. Tolerable.

Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is herbal and grassy tones with mild herbal tones. Flavour is grassy, herbal, earthy and mild bready and biscuity tones to it. Nicely crisp.

500 ml bottle. Clear golden with a foamy head. Hay, grain, malt, citrus, grassy mild hops. Mild dry bitterness, grainy sweetness. Light bodied, oily watery texture, soft to lively carbonated, mild dry grainy malty finish. Decent Helles.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Bottle from bier-kaufen.de. Clear golden colour, white foam. Sweet malty nose, some fruitiness. Light bitter hoppy, lively carbonation. Ok Helles.

(Keg at Pikkulintu, 20190528) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, grain and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, malts, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was grassy and bitter. A pleasant brew with nice grassy hop notes.

Clear medium golden colour, mid-sized frothy white head, short lasting, light lacing. Aroma sweet malt, grain, floral hops, grass. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, grainy. Sweetbitter aftertaste, bit husky, light peppery notes. Light to medium body, creamy to watery texture, average carbonation, a well-hopped and solid Helles.
