RODEO is our Core Range pale ale. A soft, full-bodied, hazy yellow beer. Citra and Chinook hops bring aromas of fresh tropical fruit, mango, peach, and apricot. A hint of bitterness make for a richly refreshing bev.

Can thanks to Sarah! Pours a near clear deep gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has harsh pine with a bit of resin and an earthy grain backbone. Flavor has sharp pine and earthy resin with some bread notes underlying.

On tap at Craft Room Zagreb. Unclear pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, mild citrusy nose. Slightly perfumed grapefruity hoppy and mild caramel taste with light floral notes in rather bitter finish. Boring one.

Tap at Craft Room, misty golden, lasting thick white head. Citric, spicy aroma, vaguely tart? Light, prickly, emptyish vaguely citric perfumy and vaguely phenolic taste. Traaaace tart, very very very early infection perhaps, but shows nothing of interest.

Can on the train to Norwich, 16/02/17. Light golden with a well appointed off white cap. Nose is orange peel, straw, toasted grains, melon, grassy notes. Taste comprises orange pith, flinty mineral bite, straw, light bread, lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Passable pale but in the current UK market not one Iād bother to revisit.

Keg at the brewery tap. A crystal clear golden coloured pour with a lasting sticky white head. Aroma is semi sweet Base malts, berry hop, midget gem, hint of medicinal hop. Palate is semi sweet, medium bodied, little hop presence, moderate carbonation rounded. Flavour is composed of woody grassy hoo, slightly raw bready grains, . Firm bitterness, little rough round the edges. Good.
