A "Stammtisch" is an informal group meeting held on a regular basis – more directly translating to ‘table for regulars’. Our Stammtisch was brewed to celebrate this idea of community and socializing. It’s a traditional German Pilsner featuring a blend of Hallertau and Strisselspalt hops, giving it a pronounced herbal and spicy aroma. It's crisp and dry with a light grainy malt profile. We think it's the perfect accompaniment to any gathering.

About the most German damn American beer I've come across. So, so grassy, full of cut hay and floral notes and freshly-mowed good ol' caterpillar, with cracker and pale malts lying underneath. Mineral-floral bitterness on the back end accents mild lemon and grain notes. Only gets better as I sip it. Lovely beer.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2017. Pours a clear straw yellow with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of straw, grass and sweet grains with a touch of biscuit. Flavor has straw, grains, hay and a bit of grass coming through.

Thanks Ogi! And his friend who brought it from NY. Golden, just so slightly hazy body, big white head, medium to low retention. Classic German aroma, spot on really, eggy, malty, herbal, honey, flowery, precisely what it should be like. Taste... nice! Flowery, honeyish, citric, medium bitterness. Tasty, bursting with noble hop flavors. Very much full bodied for what's supposed to be a German pils, but taste-wise very much genuine and fantastic. Long bitter aftertaste. Hats off, can't remember when I'd last had a better classic lager.

Can. Slightly hazy yellow/gold body. Large, frothy white head. Aroma of wet straw, dms, grass, floral hops (light). The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Pleasant bitterness along with some light corn taste and huskniess.
