A "Stammtisch" is an informal group meeting held on a regular basis – more directly translating to ‘table for regulars’. Our Stammtisch was brewed to celebrate this idea of community and socializing. It’s a traditional German Pilsner featuring a blend of Hallertau and Strisselspalt hops, giving it a pronounced herbal and spicy aroma. It's crisp and dry with a light grainy malt profile. We think it's the perfect accompaniment to any gathering.

Bottle to flared lager glass.
Appearance: mostly clear yellow color with a two and half to three fingers of white foamy head, dissipated to leave some messy lace
Aroma: clean biscuity/bready malts mesh with some grains, herbal character and sweet earthiness
Flavor: mildly sweet through the prior mentioned aromas, sly aftertaste of bready malts and herbal tones
Texture: light bodied, pretty smooth; finishes crispy smooth
Overall: I say pretty nice German pilsener I would bang again.

Aromas are malt, wet grain, herbal and floral. Flavors are similar to nose, bittersweet, with good carbonation. A bit sweeter than the German pilsners I've had. Still pretty good, clean, satisfying and refreshing.

A 17.2 oz bottle that was delivered by the accommodating people at Half Time. I have had the bottle for a few months, time to be tasted. A very Germanesque label, for sure. And a pilsner, no great expectations although I do like my beer-tasting beer. I'm drinking out of the bottle tonight, thank you very much, I roll this way occasionally. Yes, a beer taste right off, slightly bitter, a certain graininess, a touch of hops, crackers and some earthiness too as I am inclined to call it. All right for the style.

Crispy and tasty but not a banger for me, just refreshing and no off notes. Maybe the hops didn't work out for me.

500 ml, BA Lager Fest in Cyberspace. Aroma is bready, herbal, grassy. Pours slightly hazy golden with a one finger cream white head with good retention, leaving curtains of lace. Taste has a moderate herbal hop bitterness that really builds on the palate, with some light bready malt notes. Just about as good as STS. Two pilsners in a row hitting it out of the park, nice.
