A "Stammtisch" is an informal group meeting held on a regular basis – more directly translating to ‘table for regulars’. Our Stammtisch was brewed to celebrate this idea of community and socializing. It’s a traditional German Pilsner featuring a blend of Hallertau and Strisselspalt hops, giving it a pronounced herbal and spicy aroma. It's crisp and dry with a light grainy malt profile. We think it's the perfect accompaniment to any gathering.

Aromas are malt, wet grain, herbal and floral. Flavors are similar to nose, bittersweet, with good carbonation. A bit sweeter than the German pilsners I've had. Still pretty good, clean, satisfying and refreshing.

A 17.2 oz bottle that was delivered by the accommodating people at Half Time. I have had the bottle for a few months, time to be tasted. A very Germanesque label, for sure. And a pilsner, no great expectations although I do like my beer-tasting beer. I'm drinking out of the bottle tonight, thank you very much, I roll this way occasionally. Yes, a beer taste right off, slightly bitter, a certain graininess, a touch of hops, crackers and some earthiness too as I am inclined to call it. All right for the style.

Crispy and tasty but not a banger for me, just refreshing and no off notes. Maybe the hops didn't work out for me.
20250622, ditto but also dig it more than this review implies +0.20

500 ml, BA Lager Fest in Cyberspace. Aroma is bready, herbal, grassy. Pours slightly hazy golden with a one finger cream white head with good retention, leaving curtains of lace. Taste has a moderate herbal hop bitterness that really builds on the palate, with some light bready malt notes. Just about as good as STS. Two pilsners in a row hitting it out of the park, nice.

About the most German damn American beer I've come across. So, so grassy, full of cut hay and floral notes and freshly-mowed good ol' caterpillar, with cracker and pale malts lying underneath. Mineral-floral bitterness on the back end accents mild lemon and grain notes. Only gets better as I sip it. Lovely beer.
