A "Stammtisch" is an informal group meeting held on a regular basis – more directly translating to ‘table for regulars’. Our Stammtisch was brewed to celebrate this idea of community and socializing. It’s a traditional German Pilsner featuring a blend of Hallertau and Strisselspalt hops, giving it a pronounced herbal and spicy aroma. It's crisp and dry with a light grainy malt profile. We think it's the perfect accompaniment to any gathering.

Pretty decent pilsener like I recognize I’ve said this before. Pours golden with good head. Crisp finish. Tap at Savor. Had again recently and enjoyed much more. Probably flavour overdose at savor. This time came off a lot more crisp, enjoyable. Tap at Craft Beer Cartel in Lauderdale.

On tap at CBC, pours a clear gold with some creamy, white head. Classic nose, lemon, grist, yeast, peanut skin. Flavor follows, no metal here, a little honey. Finishes a bit watery, but very nice.

Keg at the Midtown location, 12/17/16. Slightly hazy golden, large frothy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of grassy, noble hops and pale doughy malt. The taste matches. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness. 200th pilsner!

500 ml bottle shared by csbosox. The pour is a light haze yellow golden with a foamy white head. The aroma is clove, bright herbal hops, and cereal grain malt. The taste is the bright herbal hops balanced nicely with the crisp cereal grain malt. Nice floral character as it warms, interesting and expressive. The palate is light to medium bodied with soft natural carbonation and the mineral herbal finish. Nice one. Thanks for sharing Chris.

16oz bottle. Massive, excessive, fluffy, white head. Grassy, herbal, spicy traditional hops. Really well made, much better than 95% of the Pils made in the US. Mild and mellow medium body. Excellent.

Sample at Great Taste of the Midwest on 08/09/2014: Slightly hazy yellow color with a medium white head that evaporates steadily. Spotty lacing. Aroma of grassy hops, fruit and bready malt. Light body with flavors of herbal hops, biscuit malt and a touch of citrus. The finish is crisp and mildly bitter with a grassy hop aftertaste. Above average Pils overall.

Pour is a clear yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a nice dry pils malt with some cracker and grass. Flavor is about the same. Dry malts followed by a nice grassy hop. So dry and clean tasting. A pils that would probably out do most from the fatherland. Please bottle this one next.
