Dilemma Hefeweizen je pivo koje nosi sve odlike prepoznatljivih bavarskih pšeničnih piva. Posebna vrsta kvasca dala je našem pivu aromu karanfilića, banane i breskve. Atipično za ovaj stil je velika količina hmelja i kompleksan način proizvodnje. U pažljivoj kombinaciji sedam vrsta sladova pšenični slad zauzima čak 66.6%.

Zbog tako visokog sadržaja možemo reći da je Dilemma Hefeweizen pravo pšenično pivo!

Bottled 500ml. -from Pivopija Beograd. Unclear orange/golden coloured, small off-white head, burnt plastic in the nose. Wheaty, light yeasty, subdued spicy and notes of burnt plastic with mild banana in the finish. Something went wrong here.

Tap at Ministarsko in Nis-Serbia. Cloudy light amber color, proper white foam. Aroma has something strange, metallic or ashes somehow. Same is the mouthfeel...something went wrong. Not a bad one but monotone.

On tap at the 4th Novi Sad Craft Beer Fest.Murky apricot body with a big lasting white head. Banana in the aroma, light citric notes. Similar in the taste, banana, citric notes, just a bit more tart than it should be but a classic representative of the style and definitely a very good beer. Good job!
