On tap at Fakin Craft Bar, Zagreb. Shared with lovely Anja. Murky golden, medium off-white head. Very light fruity: banana, also honey. Light grassy and citrus. Light malted wheat. Sweet, balanced with light hops flavors. Light body, medium carbonation, moderately lasting light dry finish. Why is Nikola Zrinski, so weak? ;) 74634

Bottle, 0.5l. Hazy orange pour with frothy white head, short lasting. Pretty much typical nose for the style - wheat, hay, grass. Slight fruitiness. Somewhat thin body. Soft carbonation, texture a bit light and watery. Usual hefe taste with some tart notes and light bitterness towards the finish. Aroma of wheat, grass and hay. Some malts, some fruity notes. Interesting hop character, a bit different then expected. Refreshing. Herbal mouthfeel. Overall, quite decent. A bit light and watery, but quite tasty. Surprising amount of aroma for the low ABV. Good one.

On tap at Beeranje 17 Crikvenica. Unclear yellow/orange coloured, medium sized white head, mild yeasty fruity nose. Light yeasty, wheaty, slightly fruity and touch of caramel with slightly sweet finish. No banana and no spices at all. Dryish finish, also watery. Can be better for sure.

Can... accidentally opened, alleged way back when to be one of the last. But who knows. TeKu glass. Misty darker amber body, white head, medium retention. Lean yeasty, lightly phenolic aroma. Lean body, phenolic/clove touches mixing with mild citrus and light bready notes. Slightly prickly carbonation. Actually, in this shape and form, a solid light beer, summery. When the hops were fresher, likely somewhat better too. They are improving. :) On tap in Crikvenica, at the fest. Murky yellow-ochre body with a small white head. The aroma mixed citric and yeasty notes, somewhat light. Dry, somewhat flat taste, yeast up front, light grainy notes, very light caramel / wheat malt, with citric touches. A bit too light/watery, but that’s a given considering the ABV.This is the guy’s first try so don’t dismiss them yet, they will be looking for better body this time, and hopefully the yeast will draw out more flavors as it should be in a weiss. The dry hopping helped this one, but could’ve been a bit more prominent - something that it needn’t be if a proper yeast profile is achieved. It’s still a learning process and they will improve! 5/3/5/3/11
