The Garden take on a classic pale saison but with a modern twist. Light pilsner malts and unmalted wheat provide a dry, straw colored base for our matching of classic fruity saison yeast with the flavor and aroma from intense dry hopping of New World Motueka, Rakau, Summer hops, and unique Lemondrop from Germany! Expect mango, lemon, licorice, ginger, and subtle citrus. Spritely carbonated and refreshing for these hot summer days.

On tap at the Brewery. Pours hazy golden, medium white head. Lemon, spicy, yeasty, light bitterness in dry finish. Sweetish. Soft carbonation. Medium bodied.

On tap at Craft Room, Opatovina, Zagreb. Shared with lovely Anja. Hazy straw, small off-white head. Very spicy, citrus, light fruity, light soapy. Light sweet with hoppy background and this soapy strange flavor. Medium body, medium carbonation, moderate to lasting finish, crisp, dry.

On tap at Craft room Zagreb. Murky yellow/orange coloured, medium sized white head, mild fruity yeasty nose. Sweetish malty, yeasty, fruity hoppy, light spicy and herbal with touch of oranges in dry bitterish finish. Quite nice.

Hazy, golden-yellow colored, medium white head, OK lating. Aroma is of some malt, moderate spicy and fruity notes, herbal hoppy aroma, Saison yeasty. Taste is medium- sweet malt, moderate spicy and fruity notes, herbal aroma, some lemony citrus and ginger, Saison yeasty notes, medium bitterness, dry finish. Medium bodied, soft+ carbonation, oily. Very nice. (on tap, Garden Brewery, Zagreb)

Tap at the brewery. Misty golden, white head. Funky light aroma, light herbal hoppiness. Taste... Lean yet soft. Herbal soft herbal hoppiness soft chalkiness. Mild bitterness. So damn drinkable. Wow!
