Craft Room, summer of 2017 as Buzdovan Red Apple Cider. Greenish colour. Fermented apple, fried apple, apple or pear brandy aromas. Light body, light carbonation, lasting finish. Very fresh, has this domestic feeling.

Bottle, 0.33l. Clear yellow pour, no head. Pleasant fruity nose, apple and pine. Some candy-like notes. Medium body, softly carbonated. Regular texture, pleasant mouthfeel. Tart taste. Lots of fruity tartness. Aroma of apples, vinegar, lemon. Candy. Grassy notes. Subtle alcohol presence, drying mouthfeel. Slightly sticky. Dry finish. Overall, good. Not really an expert on ciders but it was enjoyable.

Bottle 330 ml at Craft Room. Pours clear golden, no head. Apples in aroma, moderate sourness and moderate+ sweetness. Light bodied. Average to high carbonation. Too sweet for me. Liked the regular one way more.

Bottle at Craft Room. Clear golden body. Huge red apple aroma, sweetish, red apples and banana. The taste is similar, light, again notes of red apples, vague banana, ending dry and clean, but too light and tannic, vague sweet berryish notes. Interesting, different, nice! Good job people!
