Bottle. Malty aroma and taste, light roastyness, chocolate, coke notes, light sweet, medium bitter. Medium body, malty chocolate bitter finish. Good.

Sensory Session #37. Sud 79. Deep Black color anda tan head. Nose of coffee, cereals, roasted malts. Creamy mouthfeeling. Coffee, hints of red dried fruits, roasted malts, faint chocolate. Nice finish: malty sweetness, dusty, dry.

Aus der Flasche (Sud 80 / bbe 29.12.2021) im 2021-10 getrunken. Dieses Porter hat ein deutliches geröstetes Getreide- und Malzaroma. Der Hopfeneinfluss ist zu entdecken wenn aber auch nur leicht. Denn hier ist es nicht die Bitterkeit von Röststoffe. Am Gaumen ist es schön cremig, aber auch recht unkompliziert und sehr gut trinkbar.

bottiglia 33cl, bel cappello di schiuma cappuccino persistente, colore marrone/nero, al naso cacao caffè caramello vaniglia, in bocca è vellutata caramello zabaione vaniglia cioccolato al latte liquirizia, corpo leggero, watery, alcool presente ma non disturba, carbonazione piatta, amaro moderato. Manca un po' di corpo ma nel complesso mi piace. I tedeschi fanno le Porter buone!? c. Cantina della birra 24.07.20
