Apr. '17. On tap at Leopold's, Split. It poured a darker amber body with medium sized head. Aroma of fruity hops and malts both around tropical fruit. Flavor was lightly bitter and samo so sweet, some herbal and fruity hops with fruity malts, as aroma suggested. Medium bodied. Finish was quite long, sweetish, juicy. A decent, sweeter IPA. Okay.

Bottle, thanks to Ogivlado! Relatively easy drinking, not very juicy and intense in terms of hops aromatics, but good thirst quencher.

Bottle kindly donated by Ogi, many thanks. Dark golden color with medium beige head. Aroma of caramel malt, citrus hops with oranges, tangerines, zest. Taste, caramel malt, followed by oranges, tangerines, light zest. Medium long hoppy bitter finish. Good.

Clear, deep golden colored, medium white frothy head, nice lacing and lasting. Aroma is of some malt, light caramel, medium+ hoppy citrus and fruity, some floral notes. Taste is medium sweet malt with some caramel, medium+ citrus, tropical fruit and some floral hoppy notes, medium+ bitterness, dry and lasting bitter pellety finish, a hint of alcohol. Medium bodied, average carbonation, oily. (bottle, Vrutak, Zagreb)

On tap at Cajt, Zagreb. Pours clear orange golden with medium white head. Moderate hoppiness, citrus, some pine, caramel note, moderate bitter finish. Medium bodied.

On tap at the birthday party promotion at Sedmica, Zagreb. Hazy dark golden, small off-white head. Medium hopped, tropic, tangerine, toasty, dried fruits, floral. Moderate bitter, very nice balance, aromatic. Medium body, refreshing and drinkable, beautiful finish. Really good work! Had quite a few!

On tap at Konoba Kostanjac Karlovac. Darker golden coloured, medium sized creamy white head, strong citrusy hoppy nose, quite pleasant. Moderate malty, strong citrusy herbal hoppy, touch of caramel and well balanced bitterness. Easy-drinkable even for 6.6%ABV.

At Sedmica. Old gold body, clear, white head. Nice citric hoppy aroma, tangerines, light tropic note, some dry herbal touches. Taste... Huge hoppiness, tropical notes mixing with background caramel backed by typical dry herbal amarillo notes and light citric notes. Great interplay between hoppiness and the background. Well played Varionica! This easily takes the lead for new beer of the year in Croatia.
