Sampled at the June THT. Hazy, milky golden with no head. Notes of cider, apple vinegar, dough, some flowery stuff. --- Beer merged from original tick of ATC 2.2 - Sourdough on 24 Jun 2017 at 17:56 - Score: 7

Keg at SixDeg North. It pours crazy murky pond water brown with minimal head. The aroma is earthy, brown bread, oatcake, must and wood. The taste is tart, lactic, funky, sour, brown bread, light spice, acetic bite, granny smith apple and lemony bite with a drying finish. Light body and fine, prickly carbonation. A rustic sour. Plenty of flavour for the low abv. She ain’t a looker, but she is good fun.
