Bottle at Craigs, no head, a bit rusty hazy orange color, aroma of apricot jam, brine and a hint of salty fish and animal feed, flavor of apricot jam, honey and a strong but extremely mellow lactic sourness. Very good and highly enjoyable.

Keg @ North Bar, Leeds. Cloudy dirty-amber with no head. Has a mild sourness that builds in its aftertaste, although there's nothing too tasty about this.

On keg at Six Degrees North, Edinburgh. Appearance - cloudy amber. Close to a puddle. Nae heid. Nose - it actually smells like dough. Or like the flour on the outside of a freshly baked loaf. Taste - like eating bread mixture before it goes in the oven. Tangy and bready basically. Palate - medium bodied and creamy yet tangy. The same on the finish. Overall - bizarre but really grows on me.

Tap. Murky amber color with no head. Aroma is sour dough, bready, light rye spice. Taste is intensely bready with quite some sourness above that, but the balance works. Quite weird, but interesting. Kvas for hipsters.

Sampled from bottle at THT June at kwartje. Murky amber with no head. Sour grain, apple, pear, grapefruit, seawater, sourdough. Light sweet, moderate bitter, light sour and moderate salty. Thin body but thick juicy feel. Nice for such low abv. --- Beer merged from original tick of ATC 2.2 - Sourdough on 30 Dec 2017 at 12:15 - Score: 7
