Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy amber with a tiny, rough head. Sweet caramellish aroma, but also greasy, smelly feet. Medium body, hardly any carbonation, caramel, dust and ashes with some late bittering hops. A lactic infection is lurking underneath. Most homebrews are better than this. 161215

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours clear amber brown with a small ring tan head. Aroma of light fruits, caramel and tart dark fruits. Flavour is moderate sweet, light moderate bitter and light sour. Light medium bodied with light carbonation.

Sampled at 8th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg 2015. Bottle. Clear amber color, small to average sized white to off-white head. Smell and taste ar surprisingly fruity and floral to me. Didn’t expect that at all. Lightly sweetish as well. Average body and carbonation. Not bad at all.

Sampled @ Danish Summer Gathering 2015 Leicht trübes dunkel bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit einer geringen beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch nach Karamell und Gewürzen. Geschmack nach roten Beeren, Karamell, leicht bitter.

[ As Birkerød Steamer ].Clear medium yellow amber color with a average, frothy, good - fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, pale malt, dusty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, nutty - earthy, dusty, sweet malt, caramel.
