Tap at Opatovina Beer Fest. Opaque yellow, white head. Funky saison aroma, sweetish, cloves, mild banana. Smooth taste, citric, mildly peppery-phenolic, somehow juicy, touches of salty pear juice (?!) but excellent really. Atypical but very nice!

Bottle, 0.50l. Aroma of yeast, must, dust and wine. Pours cloudy golden color with large soapy off-white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts refreshing citrusy and yeasty, following is grainy, vinous and mild funky, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is mild grassy bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Excellent thirst quencher...

On tap at Sir William's Pub, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out saison yeast, light floral notes and a hint of esters. Flavour is well-balanced, with saison yeast, light floral notes and a hint of citrus. Properly calibrated and attenuated. Very good.

Pours hazy fiery orange, topped with larger soapy offwhite head. Gentle spicy nose with citruses, later on some hay and earthy presence. Taste similarly gently spiced, citruses again and stronger peppery saprkly feel in the finish, lasting in the aftertaste. Lighter body with very fresh feeling. Resfreshing thirst quencher and just great.
