Cold fermented lager combining British lager malt, American hops and true lager yeast to create a truly crisp, refreshing beer. Pale and dry, with overtones of citrus fruits, some grassy freshness, and a wonderful assertive clean bitterness to finish.

330ml bottle kindly shared by Per at Fox in Shoreditch. Covering white head leaving spotty lacing on the glass. Misty pale golden body. Restrained floral nose backed by grainy malts. Mixed taste of grainy malts, herbal hops and subdued citrus. Ends dry. Fair enough. (London 11.01.2019).

(Draught at Craft Beer Co Clerkenwell, London, 25 May 2018) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with notes of bread, grass and citrus. Malty taste with bread, grass, citrus, biscuits and a mild grassy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Crisp and fresh but hardly impressive. Quite enjoyable.
