We complemented our gose beer with large quantities of mango and passion fruit. The result is a tropical fruit bomb. We called it Crux – the southern cross. It will lead us on our journey to the tropics.

0,44 l bottle. Pours hazy amber yellow with almost immediately dissipating white head. Aroma is mango and passion fruit, slight sourness. Taste is medium sweet, low sour and low bitter. Finish is medium long and pleasantly sour to balance out the sweetness. Nice.

44cl can at home. Bbe 01.2025. Poured golden in color, not much head. Aroma of mango and some apricots, passion fruits, yoghurt and sourness. Pretty tasty actually.

Transferred from Untappd. Draft at Ze V Redu, Primoz. Cloudy almost murky golden color, edge head. Mixed tropical fruit aroma. Taste is earthy almost tart fruit. Tasty.
