We complemented our gose beer with large quantities of mango and passion fruit. The result is a tropical fruit bomb. We called it Crux – the southern cross. It will lead us on our journey to the tropics.

Tap at 100 piv. Med-thin body, medium carbonation. Fruit centered, nice balance of individual fruits added. Overall fruit intensity high. Medium sourness, med-light sweetness, med-light saltiness. Quite good, easy drinking.

Pours unclear blonde. Small white head. Smell is salty, intense gose. Taste is sharply tart, funky, dry, salty, aromatic. Nice body and Carbo. Lovely gose

Bottle @ Home. Pours slightly hazy yellow with a white head, some floaties. Aroma of wheat, tart tropical fruit, mango, passionfruit. Flavor is sweet, light salty, wheat, tart fruity, tropical fruit, passionfruit. Thin to medium body, average carbonation, tart fruity finish. Refreshing. 080819

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy nice acetic aroma. Light bitter flavor. Moldy. Short light bitter finish. Watery palate.

Bottle @ Camons tasting. Light hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, wheaty, tart and fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 080819

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy and pale golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, fruits, citrus, hops, malt and salt. Nice and sour finish.

On tap at Macro Beer Fest Ljubljana, 2018. Shared with Višnja 666. Opaque yellow, small white head. Very juicy, citrusy and fruity aroma with heaps of mango and pineapple pulp and soft acidity. Light sourness, light saltiness. Light body, soft to moderate carbonation, juicy, light finish. The aroma is very promising, the rest could be richer.
