We complemented our gose beer with large quantities of mango and passion fruit. The result is a tropical fruit bomb. We called it Crux – the southern cross. It will lead us on our journey to the tropics.

@ Dok Brewing Festival 2019. Hazy orange colour, white foam. Nose of passion fruit, papaya, lemon, hops. Taste is very fruity, some bitterness.

Cloudy blond beer, no head. Aroma: funky, dirty, weird, orange peel, some tannins, passion fruits, overripe mispels. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, dry, grapefruit peel, acidic, quite some passion fruits, nice acidity. Aftertaste: dry, passion fruits, lovely, fruity, soft bitterness, nice stuff!

Bottle from Pivoteka Za Popen't, Ljubljana. Pours hazy yellow with a quickly thinning, frothy, white head. Aroma of wheat, sourdough, unripe apricot, yellow apple, vague passionfruit, young mango, pineapple. Taste is light fruity sweet, mixing young yellow apple with some passionfruit & mango, building up a firm sourness which is quite lactic, wheaty & yeasty, supported by bready maltiness, just a pinch of salt before ending dryish, vaguely floral hoppy, with lingering wheat, bread & yellow fruits. Medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation. A 'huge amount' of the promised fruits is somewhat exaggerated, but this is a solid Gose nonetheless.

Salon piva. Hazy Yellow color with medium whitehead. Strong tropical fruits in aroma. Nice distinct sour taste with lots of tropical fruits, light salt. Nice.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L's place. Thanks zvikar. Murky yellow, white head. Juicy fruits (passion fruit, mango, guava), lacto, tart. Very nice and refreshing.

Caña en Cimmeria 20..01..2019. (r24)..Gracias!!!. Color amarillento anaranjado velado con espuma blanca persistente. Sabores tropicales mango y fruta de la pasión bastante apreciables con un suave toque cítrico y salado de agua marina al final. Cuerpo ligero fácil de beber, suave algo carbonatado. La gose con más savor frutal!!! Buena.
