We complemented our gose beer with large quantities of mango and passion fruit. The result is a tropical fruit bomb. We called it Crux – the southern cross. It will lead us on our journey to the tropics.

Tap at Ma Che Siete in Rome. Totally an orange juice pour with a little white foam. Nose: extra sweet aroma of tropical, uh! Mouth: where is the beer guys? Totally a juice. Did not get it

On tap at Craft Room Zagreb. Cloudy yellow/orange juice coloured (trully neipa), medium sized white head, juicy mango/tropical fruit nose. Juicy fruity, tropical fruity and noticable salty taste with again juicy fruity finish. Sorry guys, I don't like NEIPA gose. Toooooo fruity for my taste.

Tap at Craft Room. Full juicy murky apricot milky body. Huge tropical aroma, mango/papaya. Full fruitiness, tropical, mild tartness, mild saltiness. Medium-full. Nearly god tier fruity sour. Perfect balance. This owns!

On tap at Makro Beer fest in Ljubljana. Pours super hazy, sunny orange colour and tiny white foamy head. A bit gentler aroma with pleasant citrusy notes (lemon and orange) some nice and sweet tropical notes (passion fruit). Solid soury tatse, not too strong. Finishes with solid saltiness that makes it even fresher. Very fine, fresh and easy to drink. Pleasant soury character and a great one.
