Irish Red Ale mlađi je brat irskog stouta i portera, bakreno crvene boje te ugodne arome sladova i prženog ječma. Za vjerodostojnu reinterpretaciju ovog irskog stila posegnuli smo za autohtonim otočkim hmeljnim sortama te sladovima i kvascima karakterističnim za zeleni otok. Hmeljne arome ovom pivu služekao protuteža i balans sladnim aromama koji su glavna zvijezda ovoga piva.

On tap at Pivana Zagreb. Unclear brownish coloured, medium sized creamy off-white head, light caramel in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, light spicy and touch of dog food with rather sweet finish. Slightly watery also, and again served much too cold.

Tap at Vintage. Misty ochre-red, off white head. Soft, low aroma, subdued, vaguely sweetish. Soft, subdued sweetish malty taste, watery and smooth. Trace hop touch. Just so featureless.... Insultingly so for the price.
