Brewed in collaboration with our friends from 8 Arch. Steve's van made quite the entrance, arriving in an explosion of 40kg of berries. We spent half the morning mashing, smooshing, crushing and puvlerising the berries, eventually opting for Willamette, Centennial and the elegant Hallertau Blanc to play the part in a sherbetty hop background for the berries to bounce off of. Looks like berry smoothie, smells like berries, tastes like berries.

Canned 330ml. -from Pivny Raj Bratislava. Muddy amber/brown coloured, medium sized off-white head, blueberry nose. Biscuity malty, caramel, noticable blueberry and light nutty with notes of yeast and quite dry finish. Drinkable.

Can. Heh. Batch 21.08.17. Says "drink fresh". Oh well. Muddy reddish ochre, probably completely muddy amber, tiny white head, went relatively fast. Ogi's held better. Nice berry touch, even going towards grapes, over a slightly earthy maltiness. Too grainy but thankfully underneath. Interesting balance in the taste, lovely fruity, the blueberry is lively, sweetish and not excessive, teases and calls for more, the body, slightly grainy, ending on a mild bitterish note. Hmm. One wonders... would like to try this more fresh really.

Can from the Brewery online shop. Pours murky amber with a thin white head. Aromas of blueberries and cream. Taste is fruity, lots more blueberry. Slow bitter creeps in on the finish. Light tannin note.
