Ursprünglich nur gebraut zu besonderen Anlässen wird unser Festbier aufgrund der großen Nachfrage mittlerweile ganzjährig abgefüllt. Feurig, kupfern, glänzend schimmert es unter der weißen Schaumkrone im Glas. Mit seinem vollmundigen, malzbetonten Antrunk und dem dezent bitteren Nachtrunk besitzt es einen für Festlichkeiten angenehm süffigen Charakter. Traditionell stark eingebraut ist es der ideale Begleiter für gesellige Feste und Unterhaltungen.

Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is wooden, herbal, grassy and some mild toasted tones to it. Flavour is floral, wooden, herbal, grassy and mild earthy tones. Biscuity aftertaste.

A small taste @ the flagship Alko, press blind tasting. Pours clear deep golden with a medium head. Aroma is slightly sweet clean malts. Flavor is slightly sweet clean grainy malts with quite a bit of hops. Pretty decent.

Bottle picked up from Bierothek, Regensburg and consumed at home Monday 15th April 2024. Pours mid/dark amber with an off white head that rapidly departed. Toffee and caramel dominate, starts off pleasant but after a while it becomes a tad pedestrian, it's fine and probably a good example, let's face it they're a good brewery but I guess this can occasionally come across as a less exciting style.
