Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. La frizzantezza si presenta sotto forma di perlage dalle bollicine fini con velocità di ascesa morbida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è poco incisivo. La forza gustativa è normale. La continuità gustativa è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Sul palato si fermano note di miele e cereali.

Bottle 500ml. @ [ pre TEODRBSG15 ] @ fonefan & Brugmansia House, Denmark. [ As 1816 Pils ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, grass, citrus, tart. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, tart, citrus, grassy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150828]

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours light hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma of very light fruits and grain. Flavour is light sweet and sour. Light bodied with light carbonation.

Sampled @ Danish Summer Gathering 2015 Trübes blass goldgelbe Bier mit einer geringen weißen Schaumkrone. geruch sehr hopfig, grasig bitter, getreidig. Geschmack leicht säuerlich, Käse, schwach hopfig, getreidig.
