Buegelverschlußflasche (@ "Hopfenfest", Bochum): Deep amber coloured, presumably just a bit unclear, big - beaten-egg-white-like - tanned head; moderate sweet-bitter aroma of toasted malt, caramel and dried fruits; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, nearly full bodied; lingering caramelly and chocolatey finish with an increasing bitterness towards the finish. Ziemlich gut...

0,5 l swing top bottle, shared with Sebastian and Jens at Fisch&Feines 2015, Bremen. A lot of pressure in the bottle. Dark brown in the glass, foamy light tanned head. Little bit burned on the nose. Taste is smooth, malty, some dark fruity elements. Hidden alcohol, toasted malty ending. Better than expected.

Stark malziger, etwas karamellig-künstlicher Antrunk. Die Malzigkeit steht weiter im Vordergrund, minimal schokoladig. Erstaunlich weiches Ende. Unnötig alkoholisch. 9/8/9/9/9/9
