Rudohor Summer Ale is characterised by a beautiful deep yellow to slightly golden colour, mainly due to the use of Bavarian and pale ale malt. American hop varieties give this beer a medium bitterness and the use of cold hopping gives Summer Ale a pleasant hoppy and citrus aroma.

We brew this beer as a stronger "ten", so it is a beautifully crisp beer suitable for steamy summer days.

Tap at Kasarna Karlin. Med bod, almost no bubbles. Med bitter, med sweet. Tragically oxidated, lots of caramel and cardboard. Also lots of killed overripe fruitiness. No hops goodness at all. Poor in all respects, barely drinkable.

Petka from Pivotéka Kralupy. Pale yellow, mid-size head. Fruity nose. Light-bodied with lots of fruity hops and a rather dry finish.

Tap at Ostrý. Golden body, white head. Washed out citrusy aroma, some dust. Light, very light taste, watery, some citric notes, but it's mainly bitter water, with the IBUs overpowering everything else due to an utter lack of body. Huh, not the worst beer in the stuffy, crowded atmosphere, and might just kinda work, but they need to tweak this a little IMO, give it some more aromatics perhaps at least and a shade more body (or scale the IBU down a few points) to work. As such, it's very forgettable.
