Valkyriornas uppgift var att peka ut de krigare som var värdiga att komma till Walhall. Valkyria betyder "de som väljer ut de slagna".

Californina Common har sina rötter i guldrushen, San Fransisco på 1800-talet och är en lager öl som får jäsa i högre temperatur, 15-18°. Första Valkyrian bryggdes i maj 2015.
Valkyrior var de kvinnliga andeväsen som valde ut de krigare (einhärjare) vid slagfälten i Midgård som fick äran att komma till Walhall (Walhöll).
Vår Valkyria har en fyllig kropp som är smakfull och lockande. Hon har en angenäm beska med smak av choklad och torkad frukt. Doften är blommig med inslag av peppar och örter. Walhölls Valkyria är en rebell, mörkare och mustigare än traditionell California Common.

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma of malt, overripe dark fruits and light leathery notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with light carbonation.

Bottle, 5.5%. Clear dark brown with small tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted, biscuit and notes of bread. Flavour is malt, caramel, little chocolate, little bread, medium sweet, yeast, notes of phenols and a little bitter.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy dark amber with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and dark fruit. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 280815

Bottle. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy sour aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Burned plastic notes.

Sampled at 8th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg 2015. Bottle. Clear dark amber to brown color, small off-white head. Smell and taste malts, some caramel, leaves, sweetish and lightly bitter. Average body and carbonation. Meh.

Sampled @ Danish Summer Gathering 2015 Klare orangebraune Farbe, geringe beige Schaumkrone. Geruch trocken hopfig, nussig, würzig malzig. Geschmack süßlich malzig, Karamell, kaum hopfig, trocken.

330ml Bottle - Murky brown with a foamy head. Sultanas, caramel and biscuity malt in the aroma. Biscuity, earthy and fruity taste with raisins, earthy hops and chestnuts detected. The finish is earthy and slightly sour.
