An obvious reference two of our biggest inspiration, a sci-fi story and a hell of a music album, the dark side will be hitting shops soon!

5,5% alk. Porter međimurski, vrlo vrlo dobar. Inače su mi porteri mrak piva pogotovo kada ih se solidno napravi. Ima lagani čokoladni okus, ma perfekcija.

Bottle, 0.5l. Black pour, two finger frothy beige head. Long lasting, very good retention. Lots of thick lacing on the glass. Pleasant on the nose, mild roasty with notes of cocoa. Lovely fruity character in the background. Somewhat thin body, soft to medium carbonation. Light texture, mild fizzy mouthfeel. Easily drinkable. Mild roasty bitter taste with very subtle fruity sourness in the background. Aroma of caramel, roasted malt, cocoa, chocolate. Oats. Dried fruits, berries, really nice fruity character. Dry mouthfeel, roasty aftertaste. Mild bitter dry finish, medium lasting. A bit light perhaps but quite nice and drinkable porter. Good.

Bottle from Harats Beer Boutique Gajeva. Very dark brown, almost black body. Lovely aroma really, nutty, dark bread, touches of chocolate. Delectable really. The taste starts with nice chocolatey notes but then some soapy notes show up, the body's slightly leaner than should be, light black malt tartness shows up in the finish. Not a bad beer really, with some tweaking or perhaps in better shape, it might score better.

On tap to go at Harat's Beer Boutique, Savica Market, Zagreb. Shared with my father. Black, pours a medium tan head, diminishing to a small head, lasting, leaving lacing. Aroma is a very nice dark malt combo, roasty, hints of wood, dark fruit, soft spices like cloves or cinnamon or nuts. Very light metallic touch. Medium to full body, flavour is moderately rich malty, fruity, roasty and woody. Some sweetness at first, finishes dry and roasty with a lingering finish and a soft hoppy touch. Texture drift towards thickness, moderate carbonation, slightly higher then expected. Lots of effort in this one, I'll be sure to have some more. Cheers to The Pretty Boys!
