The second in a series of "misty IPAs" paying hommage to machines used in brewing. Second installment of BREWING MACHINES series is dedicated to our steam generator. Steamer is Misty IPA hopped with American hops Galena, Citra and Mosaic, but we also put a lot of Slovenian rising star - Styrian Wolf which is a focus of this Misty IPA. On tap at Cajt, Zagreb. Hazy orange, white head. Tropical fruit, mango, citrus, smooth, moderate and fine bitter finish. Juicy. Dry. Medium bodied.

On tap at Valhalla Zagreb. Unclear pale golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, citrusy nose. Moderate malty, heavy citrusy fruity, light oranges and herbs with moderate bitter finish and aftertaste.

On tap at Hop In (and Craft Room, and Valhalla)... Misty golden body, small white head. Hop-driven aroma, lean, citric, light peach, some berries. But where there was Citra in the aroma, there is Styrian Wolf in the taste, utterly dominating - lovely fruitiness, tangerine / random furit notes on a smooth, silky body, with mild carbonation. Juicy even. If you love Wolf like I do, you'll love this!
