Unclear straw color, small & thin foamy white head, mostly diminishing, almost no lacing. Strong citrus aroma, wheat, lemon, lemon grass, yeast. Mild taste, light sweet and light sour, wheaty, citrusy, touch of coriander. Light body, watery texture, average carbonation, aftertaste light sweet, hint of bitterness, light acidity, spicy (coriander, ginger, lemon grass), decent, kinda light Witbier, very drinkable.

Thanks to Joes for picking up this beer. 330 ml. bottle @ home. BBF 22/04/2017. Pale lightly hazy golden, sparkling, small white head. Lightly floral bitter nose, floral, lightly vegetable lemon peel & lemongrass nose, floral & vegetable mild bitterness with heavy, light sugar & sweetish basic wheat. Taste is sweetish white sugar wheat, light sweet dough with light bitter vegetable & floral lemon peel & lemon grass, sweetness starts dominating a bit after some time, sugar & wheat sweetness becomes more overt,… wheat becomes quite overt, in an overly carbonated kind of way. Carbonation is indeed a touch too high. Decent, a touch above average for the style of which I am granted not the biggest fan.

Slightly hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of hops, malt, lemongrass and sweat. Rather bitter flavour, hay. Quite pronounced lemon grass in the finish, herbal lemon, sweat, malts and straw.

Tap @ Van Moll, medium sample, served in a shaker. Slight hazy golden color, short head. Aroma of bit lemongrass, grassy hop, bit citrus. Bit spicy. Sweet, wheat. Bit bitter in taste. First glass wasnt that good, but a next sample proved to be much better actually. Subtle yet good aroma.

Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub. Clear pale yellow color, medium sized white head. Aroma is wheat, a bit citrussy, lemongrass, orangepeel. Taste wheat, lemongrass, fresh, easy drinkable, softly bitter and fruity. Very nice Belgian White.
