Filtered, pale draft beer.
A unique beer balancing on the edge of a Tenner and a Twelver, and yet not an Elevenner. A precisely carved-out taste with the touches of linden wood and walnuts is joined by the smell of a cracked-up crust of freshly baked bread. It deserves to be drunk from a glass facing the sun rays thanks to the ducat-like, goldish sparkle.

# 1411; 5/2019. Klasická kvalita z Únětic. Velmi povedený ležák, sladovej s výraznou bylinnou hořkostí.

Draft @ Pivo, Malmö. Pours clearing golden color with a longlasting white head. Has a fruity malty grainy bready aroma. Fruity malty grainy flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy finish.

Tap at the brewery. Brilliant clear gold with a tall head. Nice crisp malt nose, snappy hops. Less perfumy than the unfiltered. Flavor more crisp and snappy with light sulfur, very fruity, crisp, herbal.

Tap at Decentní Dýně. 10.7°. Clear pale golden body, white head. Looks quite nice. Grainy aroma, lightly herbal, vaguely soapy, but quite okay generally. Mild, relatively neutral clean malty backbone, before a very lightly phenolic touch kicks in before a pretty solid bitter hoppy kick. I expected so, SO much more than this. Hope to rerate it at some point. I seem to have really bad luck with Úněticke...

Točené( v pivovaru): Light golden, clear,, big and very slowly collapsing creamy white head; mild buttery-grainy nose with an even milder nearly německý hop-profile; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, pretty light bodied; lingering, but thin buttery and herbal-spicy finish. Žádá sláva…
