The Titanic was on course for America when disaster struck. Aboard were many families on their way to a fresh start in the New World. Using the finest American hops this aromatic beer is amber in colour and balanced with Old World malts.

On tap at The Nelson in Burntwood, pours dark copper. Aroma and flavour of bitter English malt, balanced by hops and a woody character. Decent.

Cask gravity at Planet Thanet BF 08. Slight haze, amber colour, lasting beige head. Bit of yeast on aroma. Herby hop. Very herby/nettley hop. It’s there, but not aggressive. Good condition. Excellent condition in fact, but the farty yeast/herb thing is not for me.
