May 2013 Cask on stillage at the Stag & Hounds, Binfield - labelled as Theakston’s Masham 4.2%. Amber in clour, but completely flat and headless; fruity aroma; fruity malt taste with some caramel; and a dry finish with some lightly spiced hops. A plain Yorkshire bitter. (6/3/6/3/10=2.8)
Oct 2014 Cask at the Hamilton Hall (JDW), Liverpool Street.. Golden amber with a scummy white head; floral aroma; floral taste with a somewhat soapy body; well-balanced and satisfying. (6/4/6/3/13=3.2)
